Previously featured over the summer, FASC have released their debut album this week and it seems to be getting pretty good reviews from the media (Mixmag, Mojo and Guardian). Check out an impressive preview of the whole album above.
A deep, atmospheric, cinematic sound with soaring impressionistic vocals and crystalline acoustic guitars riding over fuzzy autumnal chords. The crisp future-disco beats and studio sparkle comes courtesy of a trio of top-drawer co-producers – Ewan Pearson, ex-Montrealer Fred Everything and The Revenge. All three have helped shape their debut album, ‘Flowers and Sea Creatures’.
Flowers and Sea Creatures make their debut live London appearance as a duo at The Nest, Dalston, London on Fri Sep 9 as part of a Buzzin’ Fly party that also features Watergate’s Lee Jones, Mano Le Tough and Chris Woodward. Full band dates are expected later in the year. Check out here.
