“I write my music to share moments that we all experience. Whether that moment was when I thought ‘shit, you’re beautiful’ or ‘wow, the view from here is great,’ it doesn’t matter, because we all feel greatness like that, usually together, as a collective entity. And you know that’s happening when a killer track comes on and everyone’s dancing. It’s like wow! – what’s happening here? Those moments are timeless, and I want to feel them in everything I do. I create my tracks from impulsive feelings, and for me it’s just about staying true to that impulse, and letting that mature and grow into something transcendental.” I haven’t heard of Moses Melkonian until today, and there doesn’t seem to be much out there online about his work but this is simply a gorgeous piece of music.
