I have a feeling this band has been around for a while but I’ve only just stumbled across them and was simply blown away by what they were making. A collaboration by Justin Vernon (of Bon Iver, who I’m not a massive fan of as it goes…) and Collections of Colonies of Bees. ‘Island, IS’ is a surprisingly upbeat yet numb track which makes you feel a little warm inside.
