bloody white is such an exciting talent. Each song carefully yet flawlessly balances strong emotive themes with minimalism. This song is in my view is his boldest yet, with a swooping melodic flow and pulsating beats.
“first time’ is about a lot of things. I wrote it initially about the first time with the girl that I loved. Sonically, it encapsulates the feeling that a lot of my favourite movie scores give me, especially the ending, which I wanted to be the climax of that moment.”
