Emerging Canadian singer and songwriter Mighloe has created a stunning fusion of alternative RnB and indie with the release of ‘Don’t Call Me’, which also serves as an anthem for self empowerment.
Soulful vocals accompany the song, with lyricism that expresses the moment we reach the breaking point that leaves us jaded and weary of love.
“Writing ‘Don’t Call Me’ came from a place of being fed up. There are so many people that come in and out of our lives, and sometimes these people hinder our stability and sense of self. This song was my way of saying “enough!” I will no longer let these people take parts of myself. It’s me realising that my energy is sacred and will not be disturbed.”
Taken from the forthcoming EP ‘Desperate Times; which is out soon.
