“Losing a friend is never easy, especially when there is no closure or explanation as to what went wrong. I wrote ‘R.I.P’ at a very pivotal moment in my life when a life long friendship of mine came to a very sudden end. Writing this song allowed me to make peace with the hurt I experienced, as well as my own wrong doings.”
