One of the most interesting newcomers to emerge from London this week has been non-binary talent moreofthem.
New single ‘capture the moment’ is refreshingly vivid at its core, and treats listeners to an upbeat fusion of hyperpop and glitch-pop. Lyrically, the song encourages us to embrace our true selves, regardless of what might be deemed as the norm on social media.
“‘capture the moment’ touches on the concept of social media consumption and the pressures we face when living up to societal norms. The key point was to be honest and direct with how even though we have our digital distractions that can cause us loads of anxiety and uneasiness with our identity, it’s completely okay to be different than everybody else and know your self worth.”
moreofthem aims to release more new music that centres around themes as important as empowerment, inclusivity and acceptance.
