Sarapata are a Kraków-based outfit who craft both sonic and visual artforms. Today sees the release of their latest EP, ‘Hear the Silence’, which features a collaboration with fellow Polish indie-folk band Lor called ‘What’s Most Likely’.
This is an unapologetically experimental banger that bounces between being playfully sweet and painfully raw. The vocals initially seem dreamy and innocent – before turning almost primal in tone. The production is full of juxtapositions that keep listeners hooked throughout its duration, showcasing Sarapata’s flair for being bold.
Sarapata has been at the forefront of the indietronica scene in Poland for some time now and currently attract more than 30k monthly listeners on Spotify.
