This indie/pop sound feels really fresh and fun, and I’m looking forward to hearing more from this Buckinghamshire band. Check out here.

Electropop from LA. And it’s free to download if you like it! Check out here.
New Music: The Lumineers
I am tempted to call this camp folk, just because it’s so playful and easy to enjoy. Check out here.
New Music: Naughty Boy
Do you recognise who’s singing this? It’s Emeli Sande, which is pretty cool. The track itself is by super producer Naughty Boy, who’s venturing out with a solo record coming out next year. This is out next month though. Check out here.
New Music: Sophie Delila
This is one of my favourite picks for the week. It’s intricate and so simple at the same time, it’s pop but with a lot of emotion which is rare. Check out here.
New Music: Phebe Starr
I am absolutely in love with this Australian pop starlet. If I could just feature this for the whole week I would. Check out here.
New Music: Wake Up Lucid
Garage rock from LA. Check out here.
New Music: The Cab

New Music: Julien-K
I can’t really describe this- it’s pop, dance, indie, rock… Seems to touch on everything. Which is good. Check out here.
New Music: The Ukuleles
The name of this band gives it away really. They do some fun tracks/ covers with ukeleles. I tried to learn to play one of those once. Deceptively harder to master than you would think. Album’s out September 3rd. Check out here.
New Music: I Am Giant
It’s been a while since I’ve heard rock as good as this. They’ve already got love over in New Zealand and BBC’s Zane Lowe is a fan… Check out here.
New Music: Janice Graham Band
This Manchester act make a funky sound with a lot of attitude. It’s an interesting sound. Check out here.
New Music: Daughn Gibson
I stumbled across this while on YouTube watching some Kindness videos on a random spur, and was simply blown away by it’s beautiful, haunting darkness. Check out here.
New Music: John Newman
Raw, urban bluesy voice peppered with pop. I can’t believe I just said ‘peppered’… Check out here.
New Music: Evokateur
New Music: Michel Teló
So this is an unusual story. I originally heard this on Swedish radio not long ago and was a bit struck by how random it was being playlisted, but after a bit of digging around it seems this Brazilian pop kid has managed to turn this song into a world wide hit. Doesn’t happen often! Check out here.
New Musi: Jhené Aiko
New Music: Oreo Jones
If this is Oreo Jones’ first single (which it is), then this kid has heaps of potential. Check out here.
