London-based artist HART first appeared on our radar over two years ago – and even back then, we were seriously impressed with his sound.

Today marks a special day for this rising talent though, as he’s just released his debut single, entitled ‘VOODOO PLANS’.

Produced alongside acclaimed personnel Jabari Manwa and Brad Lewis, the song takes its inspiration from an ex who tried to replicate HART’s energy through another man.

“You took my heart to put it in another man… you can’t recreate me don’t you understand”

With its finessed and distinctive mix of R&B, pop and hip hop, the track serves as a powerful introduction to one of the UK’s most exciting newcomers.

New Music: HART

A promising new name to watch out for in the UK hip hop scene, HART brings a stripped back yet finessed approach to the genre.

The North London talent hasn’t had the easiest childhood: he lost his mother at a young age, yet pushed through the hardship by channelling his resilience and determination into pursuing a career as an artist.

Now mastering his own style of music-making that combines synthetic drones and modern drums with a grounding in traditional RnB and rap, HART is well on his way to establishing a name for himself.
