New Music: Anoop Desai
A sort of Stevie Wonder/ Ne-Yo/ Justin Timberlake vibe with some Indian beats thrown in when needed. This is so good! Check out here.
New Music: I Am Arrows
Great pop band founded by former Razorlight drummer Andy Burrows in June 2009. I defy anyone not to cheer up after listening to this song. They’re playing London next month and I’m going to go see them me thinks. Check out here.

Dubstep with shoegaze. Check out here.
New Music: Melodica Melody and Me
This is the sort of music you want to hear in a sunny park somewhere with some friends around you. It’s got a soft innocent about it. Check out here.

New Music: Tallest Man On Earth
And so, my obsession of soloists with guitars continues… I’m not sure how long this guy has been going for, but I really like his happy folky sound. It’s very suited to an English summer. I also love his name. Very cool. I can just imagine his live shows being a lot of fun. Check out here.
New Music: Freelance Whales
Interesting looking and sounding band. ‘Generator 2nd Floor’ is the track to look out for. Check out here.
New Music: Katy B
Little raw London talent for you tonight. Along the lines of Lily Allen, although I have to admit that aside from ‘Louder’ I don’t find the other songs on her Myspace very exciting. Check out here.
New Music: Lauren Pritchard
Beautiful voice, melody and face all in one. Until Amy Winehouse comes back, I’m glad to have this lady on my iTouch. This is the sort of music Lauryn Hill should be making. Check out here.
New Music: Tim Berg
This song reminds me a bit of 90’s garage, even though it’s pure swedish dance pop. I can see this being played on Kiss100 all summer. Song’s called Bromance. Check out here.
New Music: Moxie Black
I don’t really know much about this band, it all seems a bit elusive but their track ‘So Much Better’ has been on loop on my iTouch all day and I just can’t get enough of it. Check out here.
New Music: Mads Langer
Tipped to become a big big Danish pop star. Does an excellent cover version of Olive’s ‘You’re Not Alone’. Check out here.
New Music: Parmalee
Good American rock- the kind you want to listen to on a long road trip across a dusty highway. Check out here.
New Music: Christina Perri
Christina Perri has had a huge online following thanks to just one song, ‘Jar of Hearts’. And I can kinda see why, it’s a really well written track. Look forward to hearing more from this talented lady. Check out here.
New Music: Everybody Else
This band have a bit of a unique sound, if their song ‘First Class’ is anything to go by. Young garage rock. Check out here.
New Music: K.A.Y
This lady’s version of ‘Bang Bang’ by Nancy Sinatra is so good. Just needs a little refining. K.A.Y has that look of Gaga about here, but with a bit of Ke$ha thrown in there with some Robyn to add… Check out here.
