A truly mind-blowing take on Marvin Gaye’s classic.

Starting the week off the best way one can – Marvin Gaye via Eau Claire.
Marvin Gaye seems to be on trend with remixes. This one from Disciples is pretty decent.
Deep house sampling from House of Disco to kick the week off.
I mean… What a great sample! Fresh British talent. Check out here.
How slick is this remix from Oslo outfitΒ Diskobeistet? Nice.
I’ve got the day off, which is nice. I will be listening to this at the gym this morning I think. Parov Stelar’s taken a Motown classic and put his own mark over it without shredding the original to pieces. That is craftsmanship at it’s best.
I like it when remixes aren’t just speeded up versions of songs. This ‘re-version’ of Lana Del Rey’s ‘Video Games’ has a really cool twist to it, and it comes as a free download along with these other edits over on Sam Sure & Giacomo’s Facebook:
Their music draws comparisons to the likes ofΒ The Streets, Rizzle KicksΒ andΒ Jamie T, and will be leading into the new year with the release of the understated debut,Β ‘Dark Inside’; deconstructed beats and heavy atmospherics lay the bed for an introspective and brooding vocal.
I adore his remix by Mercury of Marvin Gaye’s ‘Sunny’ so hard. It just picks you up to another level.
Check out this outstanding remix of ‘Mercy’ by Edit Murphy. It’s pretty good isn’t it?
My favourite, care free Swedish hip hoppers have done a bit of a spin on Marvin Gaye’s ‘Lets Get It On’. I see a bit of Chromeo when I look at these two… Fun times.
