After an unexpected yearlong pause (due to band member Max’s battle with bone cancer), Ohio’s finest indie-pop outfit release the visuals for ‘Weekend‘, which was featured here back in May 2020.
Now the group are back in full force, sharing a collective vision with themselves explained best by Max himself:
“Make the most of the life you were given, because you only have one life to live.”
These guys have already amassed over 3 million streams on Spotify alone since their debut. This release has a summer- jazz vibe which is mellow yet also characteristic of the band’s unique take on indie pop.
“We accidentally wrote this song in the back of the studio room while we were in the middle of recording another song actually. It was one of those songs that kind of just came together super organically in the span of like 30 minutes, so we knew we wanted to put it out since it came out of us so quickly.”
