Kill J – Dead Weight Soldier
Watch: KOPS – Salvation (Live)

This starts as a standard acoustic track, but boy does it grow bigger and bigger by the end. Epic and understated in a way you’d only expect from a Scandinavian talent.
WIINSTON – Angelina
New Music: Aksglæde
DAVID44 – Truth

I featured David44 last year and it’s nice to see that this Copenhagen-based Icelandic talent is still delivering slick dance-pop vibes.
Live: Ea Kaya at Gold Dust London

I haven’t been to watch newcomers at Gold Dust for quite some time but it was great to finally go back to see that this showcase evening still has some of the most promising talent out there. I caught a stripped-back set from Denmark’s Ea Kaya, which was delivered beautifully. Other acts included the (amazing) ASHS, Curtis Walsh and Average Joe.
New Music: Elias Boussnina

Experimental Danish RnB and pop that’s ahead of it’s time while still being an easy listen.
Goss – There’s Just So Much A Heart Can Take
New Music: Magnus

Danish pop that bounces between a summery sound while also hitting some dark electro undertones.
Ea Kaya – Don’t Complicate It
New Music: Selma Judith
phlake – Waited All Summer (feat. Mercedes)
Christopher – Irony
Stine Bramsen & Patrick Dorgan – Can’t Let It Go

Two Danish heavyweights get together to serve this epic slice of 90’s-inspired ballad pop.
KOPS – Salvation

KOPS continues to show off some of the brightest funk pop from Denmark.
Kinck – Twisted
New Music: Askling

An effortlessly slick Danish soul pop sound. It almost feels like it’s just too easy for this kid.
Alex Vargas – Silent Treatment

Another slick release from Alex Vargas.
