“The Anti-Terror Album’ is an alternative pop music record that I have written as a response to a clandestine governmental terror exercise that I got hold of and leaking through art and music. I am interested in contemporary music that have empowering, political ambitions and effects. The Anti-Terror Album is presented through the Museum of Contemporary Art [DK] and Creative Europe [EU] and is recorded with an amazing team of diverse musicians in Copenhagen, Belgrade and London.”

This Swedish singer-songwriter duo have managed to create one of the catchiest, simplest pop songs you’ll listen to all week.

The resurgence of alternative soul seems to be every growing right now, with varying degrees of being decent. This Oxford talent is bliss though – just the right amount of raw emotion blended with some smooth soulful tones.

A new pop sound that sounds fresh while still harps back to the time of early Jessie J and Lily Allen.

“I loved house music growing up and have always been a fan of soul and disco. When I was 14, I wanted to mix like Roger Sanchez but couldn’t afford DJ gear, so I cross-wired three stereos to practise mixing. If I needed to slow one down, I would press pause twice really quickly.”

Purely sung in Norwegian, this is a dark and intense pop sound that builds up to be quite an epic experience.

“Then after the breakup, he kept trying to throw other girls in my face trying to get my attention months later. So I wrote this song as a letter to him saying everything I wanted to say during the relationship, but never could.”

Perfectly constructed electronica with abrasive, confident and intense beats like no other way you can imagine.

“Star’ is a song I wrote out of an argument with my lady, it came directly after an argument we had just had one night. I was frustrated and couldn’t sleep, so I started writing to vent, but by the second verse, I realised something, and I reminded myself that when I had nothing, she still rode me, and she was still about it, so when times get tough and disagreements occur, as they always will, I need to remind myself of all the times she has had my back, just as I did when I was writing this song.”

“Dynamite’ is potentially the best song I’ve ever made. The record reminds me of late 90s early 00s Max Martin type pop productions. It’s not what we set out to do but that’s kind of what happened and I really love that.”
