Subdued urban sound, but catchy as hell. Check out here.
New Music: Young Pharaohs
Indie and synth with a bit of RnB in a very quiet, and sinister way. Check out here.

Sebastien Tellier tours the UK in December!
One of my favourite Frenchies is coming to the UK in December for a series of dates around the country. I saw him once in London and it was ridiculously good. He’s also releasing a couple of new remix EP’s- find out more here.
New Music: Reuben Hollebon
There’s a warmth that comes out of this new indie/ folk act, but the voice adds a bit of quirkiness which is fun. Check out here.
New Music: Dan Croll
This has been branded as folk/electro/indie but it just sounds very vintage and sexy to me. I quite like this. Check out here.
New Music: I.R.O.K.
Every woman
Jetlag have managed to sex up a Chaka Khan tune with ease. Nice.
New Music: Ben Pearce
First Listen: Josefina Stanner ‘Clock Stands Still’
This might be the happiest bit of indie you might hear all week. It’s the new single from Swedish indie pop newcomer Josefina Sanner.
First Listen: Christophe Willem ‘Love Shot Me Down’
So, I must admit I’m a fan of this French pop star. At a first listen you would think it’s a girl’s vocal, but it isn’t. And that’s what makes Christophe Willem’s voice so extraordinary. His brilliant first album ‘Inventaire’ was released in 2008 sold over 900.000 units in France alone. He’s playing London’s Bush Hall on Wednesday 28th November- be sure to catch him if you can!
Jack Beats feat. Jess Mills
Since this track by Jack Beats was released on the 7th November it’s already notched up more than 368k hits on YouTube. And for good reason; this is the most interesting bit of electro I’ve heard for a good few weeks.
New Music: George Vector
Tuesday nights are always such a drag. So have some fresh new Swedish house from a chap called George Vector to cheer you up, with Deborah Cox doing vocals on a track that seems to be having a bit of a resurgence of late. Good stuff. Check out here.
First Listen: Frida Sundemo ‘Indigo’
Frida Sundemo is one of my favourite Scandinavian artists, period. And yet she’s still so new I don’t know anyone to share this love of her with. Anyway, it looks like things are finally picking up for this talented Swede as this new track sounds super polished and ready for global domination. About time.
New Music: Jordan Corey
New Music: Temples
I imagine this psychedelic sound would have gone down well in the 60’s LSD-crazed hippy scene. Check out here.
New Music: The New Division

Electronic sounds from LA. Check out here.
Déshabillez-moi
A jazzy, synthy slice of sexyness by Roman D’Amour for this horrible Monday evening.
Things Have Changed
I really like this- it’s rare to find a song that matches your mood when you listen to it for the first time but this was the case when I heard this track by Von Pea.
