Sway Clarke has been on my radar longer than I can remember. By chance I found out that he was in London for a couple of shows so I shifted my ass from Shepherds Bush to Dalston (was I the only one there over the age of 30?) to catch him supporting HAUS. I’m glad I did- the kid has so many stories with his tracks. I really hope he takes off… He deserves it.
Sway Clarke II performing a beautiful acoustic version of ‘I Don’t Need Much’.
A new Sway Clarke II song is always cause for excitement with me. Born to a Cuban-Jamaican family, Sway is a Toronto-hailing, Berlin-based songwriter and vocalist.
The new track follows Sway’s debut single ‘Secret Garden’ (feat. Think) and his shows supporting HAIM in Europe.
A recent obsession of mine, Sway Clarke II releases visuals for his new single.
Massive fan of this kid. His new single, ‘Secret Garden’ is released September 1st via Liars & Thieves, Sway’s imprint on Island Records.
Right then, this Sway Clarke II has come up with another gem of a song. You’ll be humming this all day.
This track is entirely captivating. Such a rich, dark piece of RnB with industrial elements. Check out here.
