New Music: Amanda Rheaume

A big pop sound with a rousing, anthemic chorus.

Halie – New Fears

“New fears is about embracing your fears and just do it. Even if it doesn’t fit into society’s way of doing stuff. It is supposed so show people how I cope with my fears, acknowledge them, but then again just do it if it brings me closer to my goals!”

New Music: Jon Olav

I can safely say that I haven’t heard conceptual pop like this for quite some time… At first this isn’t an easy listen, but the more you dive into the sound the more drawn in you become.

“The lyrics in this song are kind of two sided. I guess it’s a song about how I’ve thrived under the attention I’ve received in previous years whilst releasing music in Norway, but also how I hate and feel kind of strangled by the pressure that comes with it.”

Juno Mamba – Blossom

Taken from debut EP, ‘Light Echoes’ released Friday 20 March 2020.

“The process of creating Light Echoes ended up being a journey of self-discovery. Trying to get an understanding of the world; past, present and future, and how I see myself fitting within it has always been a constant struggle. How can I contribute positively to this world in what I do, and inevitably leave behind?”

Aimée – Don’t Call Me Pretty

“I think this song can be applied to anyone who has ever been judged on their appearance – and has had all their other abilities, complexities and personality left unconsidered because the focus has been entirely on how they look.”

Ella Eyre – New Me

“New Me is one of my favourite songs I’ve ever written and I’ve been excited about this one for a while. We’ve all made bad decisions at the end of a relationship and New Me is about embodying a whole new mindset and finding the strength and self-worth to cut off a toxic situation.”
