SCARR

Farrah – ID

“ID was written about feeling like you’ll never be quite enough for someone or something you think you desire, whether that be a person, group of people or career
path.”

Tate McRae – you broke me first

“”you broke me first” is a really special song to me. This song is about someone in a relationship who couldn’t care less for the other person and then six months later decides to crawl back. It’s the feeling of knowing how much they meant to you, but this time not letting them back in. I hope everyone can connect to this song like I do.”

ASHS – Don’t Call Me

“It was me being confident enough in my growth to say, “if you change your mind, keep it to yourself.” I wanted to make the video as bold as the statement. I thought of the most extreme phone call I would never want to get, and ran with that, allowing myself to be a teeny bit vengeful. Okay, maybe more than a teeny bit.”

New Music: Sam Nichol

Indie folk with a sense of fragility and melancholy, that slowly builds into something intense and epic. Quite a beautiful thing to listen to.

“For me jane can be applied to depression, or being caught in an abusive (or unhealthy) relationship, or destructive loneliness that one can’t seem to shake. To me, jane is a picture of how art and song can grow and change with the listener.”
