This took a couple of listens to enjoy but now I can’t get enough of it. Beautiful and chilled. Check out here.

New Music: Lee Fields & The Expressions
First Listen: Jai Paul ‘Jasmine’
It’s been a year since this guy’s debut track- and now he’s back with this epic slice of pop, and it’s only a demo. Exciting.
Free Download: Soso ‘T.T.I.D.S.D.I.E.U.I.C. (Full Album)’
Swedish electro newcomer Soso has released her entire debut album for all to hear. I’d have paid to get this album so I’m crazy happy she’s decided to give it away for free. Download it and listen to it because it is amazing.
It could be worse…
So you’re back at work today. I hope you had a nice break. Here’s a song made from Mr Men soundbites that’s so happy it could make you blow up.
New Music: Nina Nesbitt
This 17-year old half swedish and half scottish girl has already been playing in front of stadium sized crowds supporting Example and Ed Sheeran. Check out here.
First Listen: The Draymin ‘Should’ve Known Better (Album)’
The Draymin formed in 2005, are influenced by bands such as The Verve, The Stone Roses, Radiohead and 90’s dance records. They work from ‘The Hut’ in their hometown of Rosyth, Scotland – a wooden garage in their back garden, which they built themselves to allow them the space, time and freedom to piece their music together.
The album features their ‘underground’ single Heart Attack, which was championed by BBC Radio Scotland and XFM Scotland, and will be released on 2 April 2012 through Townsend Records. The album will be released digitally and physically, with the CD featuring two additional bonus tracks. The band will sign the first 300 copies of the CD that are sold.
New Music: JONES
I’m really liking this South Londoner (who was also a former champion boxer as a kid in Peckham). This music is packed with dark character and has a certain addictive charm to it. Check out here and download some his free EP.
New Music: Jonas Schwartz
Swedish indie mixed with some slow disco and broody folk. Check out here.
New Music: We Are One
This is a blend of ‘ska, jazz, and pop’. Check out here.
A personal piece of excitement I would like to share…
Fibes, Oh Fibes! (one of my absolute favourite bands coming out of Sweden) are releasing their new record later in the month. This is one of the singles.
New Music: Of Monsters and Men
You’ve probably heard this track already- it’s pretty huge right now. Icelandic folk/pop. Check out here.
First Listen: Scissor Sisters ‘Only The Horses’
This seems to be Scissor Sisters’ new single. Produced by the radio-loving Calvin Harris, I’m not really sure what to think of it but its pleasant enough.
First Listen: Sameblod ‘UR Road’
What a grim day it is in London today! Hopefully this new track from one of my favourite electropop newcomers will cheer things up. April 20th is the date of the release of their debut album on Riot Factory.
New Music: Violet
Beautiful hazy pop from Pixie Geldof. Will she stick with it or is it just a phase? I hope she makes some more! Check out here.
New Music: Lotti & The Mizuna Greens
New Music: Sirius
New Music: The Products
Don’t play this video if you’ve just had your dinner!
This is filthy but I love it and it’s sure to go viral quicker than you can say ‘gonorrhea’. It’s by Norwegian duo ‘The Products’. Check out here.
New Music: Wild At Heart
This Swedish synth is so airy and nice to listen to. Check out here.
