A crack dealers’ gun ballad
This track is being billed as ‘Dark Side – a crack dealers’ gun ballad’. It’s actually a pretty beautiful melody, right up and through it’s change of tempo half way through. Very interesting sound from the Swedish duo.
New Music: Rangleklods
This has to be the best dance track of the week, maybe the whole month. Experimental electro from Denmark. Check out here.
First Listen: NONONO ‘Pumpin Blood’

One of my favourite tunes of the week. Swedish electro pop that has lots of whistling in it and so is just basically brilliant.
New Music: Sísý Ey
New Music: Musique Le Pop

Swedish feel-good
Even if you don’t understand the lyrics, I’m sure you can appreciate how happy this track from Kaah is.
Build a spaceship
Overdose
This will probably be the campest track you’ll hear today from Wolfgang Gartner and Danish pop princess Medina. Love.
New Music: For BDK
John Dahlbäck & Agnes
Two Swedish powerhouses in the shape of John Dahlbäck and Agnes collaborate to make a stomper of a club track.
First Watch: Beldina ‘What Can I Say’
New Music: MOMOFOKO
Track of the week. Hailing from the city I just spent four days in (Malmö), this is seriously sexy Swedish electropop. Check out here.
First Listen: Say Lou Lou ‘Julian’
Saint Lou Lou have changed their name to Say Lou Lou and come out with a beautiful new piece of pop.
New Music: Sebastian Lind
I’ve got so much great Scandinavian music for you this week. This is Danish Sebastian Lind and he makes a soulful, funky and slightly dirty sound. Check out here.
First Watch: Frida Sundemo ‘Home’
One of the more epic tracks from Frida’s ‘Indigo EP’, ‘Home’ has that Scandinavian breeziness which I love. She played London last week, and I happened to not be in the city at the same time. Sad.
