Twin Shadow turns a U2 classic into some seriously sexy s**t.
Dornik is rapidly becoming of one of my favourite kids from 2013. With this only being his second track, I wonder where he will end up this time next year.

I wait all year to see this list get published. Only because it’s interesting to see how many people have already been featured on here.
The BBC Sound of 2014 is often a predictor of what music acts will launch big in over the next twelve months, and has featured the likes of Adele, Jessie J and 50 cent.
This year’s mix is a lot better than last year’s in my opinion, and is definitely more pop-orientated than previous ‘Sounds of’. Here’s the full list:

Managed to catch three cool acts at the Lexington yesterday evening as part of the monthly Ja Ja Ja night. YAST played their trademark Swedish indie sound, and Nabiha went all out with her unique and infectious blend of RnB and pop.
There’s so many people involved in this Afrobeat slice of feel-good Friday that I’ll just hyperlink to Mr 2Kay. Fun!
This can only be described as sexy, chilled electro. Check out here.
